Written Dec 2021 -- It has been several years since I have been able to even approach the maintenance of an online presence, due to an ongoing chronic illness that I have made mention of on facebook. While I am not in the clear of this malady, my situation has improved to a point that I may become less of a shadow and more a mirage that flickers and appears randomly. I am of the mind to make art again, having the need for purpose and focus and the desire to put peculiar beauty in a world that is in dire need of it. My original website having lapsed, I constructed this; the Pink Room. It is a place that appeared in my childhood dreams. The Pink Room was a safe place of comfort and joy, and so thus it shall be here. While it will be populated with a gallery of old works, it will be an accessible portal to my Lenormand card project, as well as home to new card and game projects that I hope to bring to fruition in time. I take this small step in reclaiming myself on a tremendously long road. I ask for your patience, as my wavering functionality makes me slow to even communicate, yet I say, here I am, still. Merci de votre visite, et s'il vous plaît profiter.

Welcome to the new home of Les Vieux Jours.

The Game Page is up with info on past card projects, links to the Game Crafter and upcoming works. The galleries contain a completed page of writings, as well as Cheer Up Hamlet, a paper doll you can print and download with ridiculous semi educational costume, as well as an entire page of collage freebies.
New art/projects will be added on Les Vieux Jours Instagram.

Well, for a rough month November had really heralded my return to creativity. Aside from posting an old short story, the Eight of Swords, and digging up relevant art (and creating a new companion piece), I have written a humorous sea shanty, a sexy ship on boat story, and fleshed out one of Tirahvaalta's denizens in marker and writing. This, apart from posting never before seen paintings and sketches which are now lost. Here's to a continuation of this.

Game projects are on hold for the time being, I will return to them eventually. I'm more in the process of reclaiming lost works such as writing and art which were languishing in old journals and I was fortunate enough to save. I just posted an old short story, Eight of Swords (on the writings page and a companion art piece on the digital collage page. I plan to add more poems and such over the next while as I uncover them.

In the works: Les Fleurs Mysterieuses, a game of Victorian Dominoes is approaching its finish. tweaks, box design and instructions are in progress.
